The House
The House
Codex House is an independent literary house devoted to the works of Nameless.
Editorial line
The house gives particular attention to precision of language, coherence between substance and form, and the genuine transformation carried by each work. It publishes and preserves novels, essays, poems, fragments, cycles and carefully built worlds.
It rejects decorative obscurity, complexity without necessity and books whose physical form contradicts their text.
The book as object
A publication is more than its manuscript. Cover, typography, format, paper, illustration, the rhythm of blank space and the history of editions all take part in the work. Codex House is designed to document that material life as carefully as the text itself.
A complete literary infrastructure
The house connects the catalogue, the Journal, Fragments, Reliquiae and world dossiers. This architecture lets each text exist at the right depth: immediate reading at the entrance, context for those who seek it, and archives for those who want to follow how the works were formed.
Everything is hosted directly by Codex House. No book, fragment, archival text or world dossier depends on an outside platform in order to be presented or developed.
Manuscripts and rights
The house is not currently accepting unsolicited manuscripts. Information about rights, translations, adaptations, booksellers and collaborations will be published here when the relevant channels open.
